1. Workmanship Warranty – 14 Days

We offer a 14-day workmanship warranty covering our installation and setup services. During this period, we will repair or correct any faults resulting directly from our installation or configuration at no additional cost.

This includes:

• Incorrect hardware setup or wiring

• Faulty software installation/configuration by our technicians

• Installation errors affecting performance or functionality

This does NOT include:

• User error or tampering after installation

• Issues arising from misuse, power surges, or environmental damage

• Modifications or repairs by third parties

2. Manufacturer Warranty – 12 Months

All hardware supplied by us is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Important Notes:

• Manufacturer warranty claims are subject to their approval and processes.

• We will assist in submitting claims but are not liable for any delays, policy changes, or decisions made by the manufacturer.

• Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow usage guidelines may void the manufacturer warranty.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

We will not be held liable for:

• Any modifications or software updates performed by clients or third parties.

• Damage caused by environmental conditions (e.g., water, lightning, power failures).

• Downtime, data loss, or business interruption resulting from hardware failure.

• Costs incurred from third-party services unless authorized in writing by us.
