• Ongoing support or maintenance available on request (billed hourly or as a package)

• Remote and onsite support for IT systems (by appointment or SLA)

• Basic troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Software installations and updates (as per your service agreement)

🔒 Security System Support

• Setup assistance and system walkthroughs (CCTV, alarms, etc.)

• Troubleshooting for hardware supplied and installed by us

• Support during the 14-day workmanship warranty

• Assistance with manufacturer warranty claims (up to 12 months)
