These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services in the areas of Security Solutions, IT Support, and Website Design.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Cooperate in the timely completion of projects.

• Not use our services for unlawful or malicious purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and code developed by us remain our property until full payment is received. After that:

• For website design: Rights may be transferred as agreed in the contract.

• For IT/security solutions: Software licenses remain under the terms of the respective providers.

4.• 4. Payments, Late Fees & Ownership Rights

• Payment terms and due dates will be outlined in your specific invoice or agreement.

• Late payments may incur interest charges of 10% per month, calculated daily from the due date until payment is made in full.

• We reserve the right to suspend services and/or disable access to systems if payment is overdue by more than [30] days.

• For physical equipment installed by us (e.g., security systems, servers, networking hardware):

Ownership remains with Hawksure Security Services until full payment is received. If the account remains unpaid beyond [30] days, we reserve the right to remove any equipment installed, with prior notice, and without liability for any resulting downtime or disruption.

• Reinstatement of services or reinstallation of equipment will only be considered once full payment, including any applicable fees, is received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Custom design or development work may not be refundable.

6. Service Availability & Support

We strive to ensure continuous service, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any loss due to such interruptions.

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Data loss, security breaches, or third-party actions beyond our control.
